3. Payment Terms

  • Remaining payment must be completed before or during the trip.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation made 24 hours before trip may qualify for partial refund.
  • Same-day cancellation may not be eligible for refund.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days.
  • No refund will be provided for delays caused by weather, landslides, roadblocks, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

5. Travel & Vehicle Rules

  • Customers are requested to maintain proper behavior with drivers and staff.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • Extra waiting charges may apply if pickup delay exceeds the allowed time.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra distance, toll tax, parking, or route changes.

6. Hotel & Third-Party Services

  • Hotel bookings and adventure activities may be managed by third-party providers.
  • Satya Tour & Travel is not responsible for service quality issues caused by third-party vendors.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out policies depend on hotel management rules.
